Colourful Paintings to brighten up a grey day

Today it is very grey and wet and the view from my window has been almost obscured by the constant pounding rain. Thankfully I have been indoors painting all day. Completing commissions and painting a few new paintings.

I think these two runner ducks would love this weather.......

We used to have some runner ducks, they were so funny to watch and very friendly but they did make a mess of their water. Their freshly filled pool would be full of mud as soon as they got near it! 

Our cat will not go out today, she took one look at the rain outside and went and sat back in her bed. I don't blame her!
